These terms apply to orders placed through DXNPoint.co. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products and prices

• Product prices, descriptions, pack sizes and availability are displayed on the relevant product pages and may change.
• WooCommerce product selections and prices shown at checkout form the basis of your order.
• Please check the selected product and variation, quantity, delivery details and order total before submitting your order.

Order confirmation and payment

• A Rs.200 advance payment is required before dispatch to confirm every order.
• After placing an order, contact our team on WhatsApp to receive the current advance-payment instructions.
• Your order is confirmed for dispatch after the advance payment has been received and verified.
• The remaining order balance is payable through Cash on Delivery when the parcel is delivered.
• Please provide accurate contact and delivery information so our team and courier can process your order.

Shipping and offers

• We offer delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability at the delivery address.
• Orders with a qualifying subtotal of Rs.15,000 or more receive free shipping.
• An automatic discount of Rs.1,000 applies to qualifying order subtotals of Rs.25,000 or more.
• Applicable shipping charges and discounts are shown in the cart or at checkout.

Returns and order issues

Requests concerning damaged, incorrect, incomplete or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and require prior approval. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering.
